Mosaic Vol 1 CD by Exit Records UK
With so much good music arriving in the Exit inbox it was decided that a various artist project was needed to ensure that it all sees the light of day and doesn’t get caught up in a never ending schedule of singles.
Hopefully this album will manage to reach the people that thought this forward thinking music was left behind in the nineties and let them know that it’s still alive and well and still capable of throwing up some surprising and unpredictable results.

I always await releases on Hotflush recordings with eager anticipation, justified by the roster of artists on the label and the array of ground -breaking music that has come out on it from the likes of Joy Orbison, Mount Kimbie, Untold, George FitzGerald and of course Scuba. This month is certainly no different with Sepalcure releasing their second EP on the label, and from what I’ve heard of it, it is set to be something pretty special. Catch a preview below (due out Jan 31st), emotive bass music at its finest (although that doesn’t even begin to describe it!)
